Dare: Are you Brave Enough to Spend Halloween at Hampton Court Palace?

Creepy Stories Come to Life with Spooktacular Encounters between 23-31 October at the Palace. This Halloween, get ready to stir and be stirred while exploring the gloomiest nooks and ghostliest corners of the palace to find out if all those legendary tales of ghosts and hauntings that have fascinated inhabitants and guests are true.

To help you discover the Palace’s lost souls and ghouls, there’s even a new self-guided trail that will take you on a tour of the creepiest corners. Besides stumbling across the resident ghosts, you get to hear the tales of a grey cloaked lady named Sybil Penn, eavesdrop Catherine Howard in her chambers, or see haunted portraits of the damned. For a whole week, the entire Hampton Court Palace will be haunted more than ever by the strangest happenings that will live up to its frightening reputation.

Ghost Stories In The Cellar

Whether you believe in ghosts or not, stop and listen to the storytellers on-site as they share the scariest stories about the stirring spirits haunting the Palace. Everyone is welcome.
